A non-refundable registration fee and first month's tuition is due at the time of enrollment for every student. The fee is $25 per student. Regular registration will begin will in April and will end in August.  All registration will end in December for the remainder of the school year.  We reserve the right to close classes.



Monthly Tuition
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and can be automatically debited from your debit or credit card. Check and Cash payments are also accepted.  Monthly tuition is based on the number of classes and or hours per week scheduled from August to May. Tuition is due every month regardless of attendance and is your way of keeping your dancer's spot in the class. We will not prorate tuition for holidays or missed classes.  You may make up a missed class by attending another class on our schedule at any time. A $25 charge will be applied to ALL NSF checks and a follow-up payment must made by money order or cash.



Tuition Discounts
We do offer a discount  to parents who pay the entire year of dance up front. A 10% active duty military discount is available to our parents with military ID. We do offer a multiple class discount.  Please see the Office Manager for more information



Withdrawals, No Shows and Refunds
A dancer's withdrawal from the studio is not complete until both an add/drop form and final penalty payment of 1/2 month tuition has been received.  Any dancer who has been absent from dance (4) days in a row, with no communication attempt to the studio, will be automatically dropped from the class and charged through the end of the month.  Registration fees, Recital Fees, Costume Fees and Monthly fees are non-refundable.



Parents are required to purchase one costume per dance for the British Ballet Academy annual recital.  All costume payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. The cost of these costumes is to be determined and the full payment (cash only) is due NO LATER than January 31st. If the costume balance is not received in full by January 31st, an additional late fee/shipping charge will be added to your account.



Our student's safety is of the utmost importance. For the safety of everyone, our younger dancers will require an adult to come in to pick up their dancer.  They will not be allowed to exit the building without an adult.  If they are to go home with someone other than the person who dropped them off, please let the instructor or office manager know when they are dropped off.  Parents should arrive to pick up their dancer BEFORE the class ends.  Students should be picked up on time and should not be left in the lobby.  All children, including siblings, must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. When students are not in dance class they are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.



All students should be respectful of the studio, other dancers, other's belongings, and dance classes that are in progress.  It is our desire to create a positive and safe environment for the students to grow.  Unruly or disrespectful behavior, inappropriate comments, foul language, or attitudes are unacceptable.  British Ballet Academy reserves the right to dismiss dancers from class due to inappropriate behavior.  Upon dismissal from class a verbal warning will be issued. Once a second warning is issued the parents will be notified. If a dancer is disrespectful of the class or the instructor, or refuses to participate adequately, they will be asked to sit down until they decide they are ready. NO cell phones or electronic devices will be allowed during a class.  If cell phones are brought in, they must be silenced.



Absences and Tardiness
PLEASE be on time so there is no disruption to the class. Attendance will be monitored each month.  If a dancer is going to be absent, please let the studio know as soon as possible. This allows time for each instructor to prepare in advance. Remember that good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back the entire class. Please make every effort to have your child attend and be on time to every class.



British Ballet Academy does not carry Medical Insurance for its students.  It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family insurance policy and if injury occurs it is understood that the student's own policy is your only source of reimbursement.



Inclement Weather
Dance classes will only be cancelled if the El Paso Public Schools are closed and if there are hazard road conditions at the time the studio opens.  Please check our website, Twitter, Instagram or Facebook for updated information on closures.

Social Media
Students and parents are encouraged to exercise caution when participating in any form of social media or online communications, both with the British Ballet Academy community and beyond.  Please remember that your posts in regards to British Ballet Academy reflect on the entire British Ballet Academy community, faculty, staff and students.  Students may not use social media sites to publish disparaging or harassing remarks



Photography and Video
British Ballet Academy is hereby granted permission to take photos of the s to use in brochures, studio website, social media, posters, advertisements, or other promotional material.  Permission is also hereby granted for the studio to copyright such photos in our name.  Students and parents are strongly discouraged from posting complete choreographed dances to any social media or public internet site.  Personal photography and videotaping is prohibited during classes, performances and competition unless stated otherwise in writing by British Ballet Academy.

*Our choreographers work very hard putting together routines for your dancers to perform not only at the annual recital but during other performances that British Ballet Academy is invited to attend.  We ask that you please do not give away our hard work by posting entire videos to social media or public internet sites.
